About McNulty's Consulting

McNulty’s Consulting, founded by Dr. Mia McNulty, is a trusted resource for low-income, disabled, and marginalized communities in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. We specialize in empowering individuals and organizations through expert guidance in employment, education, and civil rights.

 

We provide practical, personalized support to help clients navigate complex systems with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re dealing with discrimination in the workplace or facing denial of services, we’re here to help you advocate for your rights and get the support you need.

About Dr. Mia McNulty

Mia McNulty, Ed.D., M.L.S., M.Ed., MPA is a lifelong educator, civil rights advocate, and community leader. She is also the Founder and CEO of the Nia Imani Heart Association (NIHA), a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about heart health—especially for women and girls—founded in honor of her daughter Nia Imani, who was born with a rare heart anomaly.

 

With over 20 years as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Dr. McNulty is committed to shaping future professionals and increasing disability awareness in education. Her consulting and training work focuses on dismantling implicit bias, discrimination, and inequity in healthcare, employment, and education.
